In thought of Black History Month, I will share this Thought Blog; The Collective Intro February can be tricky. Any time we highlight history can be tricky. Because when we acknowledge someone’s contribution to humanity… we sometimes over-amplify their race. And slowly, without realizing it— Race becomes the focus. More than the impact.
